Eureka Tech Ltd conducts its operations in a manner designed to protect the health, safety and welfare of all employees, contractors and members of the public. Eureka Tech Ltd implement and maintain systems, which ensure that we:
- Comply with all applicable regulatory environmental, health and safety protection requirements.
- Apply the principles of prevention to minimise the risk to people both on and off the work site from accidents or incidents arising from design features or subsequent installation and / or maintenance operations.
- Monitor and evaluate on a routine basis project management and the site systems for the protection of the environment and the health and safety of employees, clients and the public.
- Construct, maintain and manage our facilities and systems in accordance with best practice.
- Establish standards for the environment and health & safety in consultation with employees and communicate them with employees, contractors and visitors.
- Encourage the participation and contribution of all employees in environmental and health & safety objectives formulation and protection initiatives.
- Communicate within the company on safety matters in a timely and effective manner.
Eureka Tech Ltd is committed to a programme of continual improvement in environmental and health and safety performance by making it an integral part of all our operations. This policy is proactively based on relevant regulatory requirements and best practice, with particular reference to the Safety, Health and Welfare at Work Act, 2005, S.I. No. 504 of 2006 Safety, Health and Welfare at Work (Construction) Regulations 2019, The Construction Regulations 2007, Safety, Health and ISO 45001:2017, whereby we ensure all hazards have been identified and suitable controls established to eliminate such risks in so far as practically possible.
Eureka Tech Ltd recognises its responsibilities as an employer for ensuring, so far as is reasonably possible, a safe and healthy workplace and working environment for all its employees and other such persons as may be affected by its work. It also recognises its responsibility for providing such information, training and supervision need for this purpose.
Management and supervisory staff are responsible for implementing this Policy throughout the Company. They must ensure that health and safety considerations are given priority in planning and day-to-day supervision of work.
All employees and subcontractors are expected to co-operate in implementing this Policy and must carry out their own work, so far is reasonably practicable, without risk to themselves or others.
QUALITY
Eureka Tech Ltd operates a process-driven Business Management System (BMS), which is currently undergoing certification in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 standards. Our objective is to consistently deliver projects on time and with zero defects, ensuring the highest level of client satisfaction.
We continuously monitor and analyse business trends to drive improvement. Through the implementation and refinement of robust quality control measures, we maintain full compliance with relevant quality standards. All procedures and controls are thoroughly documented to ensure transparency and accountability.
The majority of our operations are executed in-house, allowing us to maintain full control over quality and delivery.
We work collaboratively with our suppliers and subcontractors to maximise capabilities and ensure the successful completion of all projects. Where applicable, we conduct factory inspections on manufactured products to verify compliance with required specifications.
To support continuous improvement, we operate a structured non-conformance reporting system. This enables us to identify recurring issues, implement corrective actions, and establish preventative measures to eliminate future non-conformities.

How We Reduce Our Environmental Impact:
Low-Waste, Non-Invasive Technology
Our core service uses non-destructive methods (such as acoustic, tracer gas, and thermal imaging detection), which significantly reduces unnecessary excavation and construction waste.
Resource Efficiency
- We plan routes efficiently to reduce fuel use and vehicle emissions.
- We minimise the use of disposable or single-use materials on site.
- Where possible, we re-use or recycle packaging and equipment components.
Waste Management
- Waste generated during operations is minimised and sorted for recycling or recovery.
- All waste is disposed of using licensed waste carriers and in accordance with legal and client-specific requirements.
- We maintain records of waste types and quantities where required.
Energy & Emissions Awareness
While our operations are small-scale, we are mindful of our energy use and vehicle emissions, and we aim to invest in low-emission tools and vehicles as the business grows.
Training & Awareness
Our staff are trained to work responsibly and in line with our environmental standards. Awareness of good environmental practices is reinforced regularly through toolbox talks and briefings.
Review and Responsibility:
Eureka Tech’s management team is responsible for the implementation and periodic review of this policy to ensure its continued relevance and effectiveness. The policy is communicated to all staff, reviewed annually, and updated as necessary in response to changes in legislation, operations or stakeholder expectations.
